First, don't panic! These tattoos need time to develop. If you've just applied yours, give it 4 to 5 days to fully mature before judging the colour.

How the colour develops
The design starts showing within about 24 hours and deepens over the following days. Depending on your skin, it can shift from a blue-green tone to a dark blue-black. That's completely normal — it's your skin reacting with the ink.

Get a darker result
- Apply at night, on clean, dry, oil-free skin, and press firmly.
- For arm placements, you can loosely cover the area while you sleep to lock in moisture — many people wake up to a noticeably darker design.
- Moisturise the area daily once developed, and avoid scrubbing it while it's still maturing.

Good to know
Bold, thicker designs naturally appear darker than fine, minimal ones. Areas with lots of friction — hands, wrists, fingers — may look lighter and fade sooner.

Give it a few days and the design should come through much stronger.

Our semi-permanent tattoos typically last 1 to 2 weeks, though this varies from person to person, it can be more.

A few things affect how long yours stays looking fresh:
- Placement — high-friction areas like hands, fingers and wrists fade faster than smoother spots like the forearm, back or hip.
- Skin type — everyone's skin sheds at a slightly different rate.
- Daily habits — frequent washing, scrubbing, swimming, sweating and exfoliating all speed up fading.

To make yours last as long as possible: apply on clean, dry, oil-free skin, avoid scrubbing the area directly, and pat it dry rather than rubbing after showers.

When you're ready for a change, the design fades gradually on its own — or you can gently exfoliate to remove it faster 🖤

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days (Mon–Sat). Once your parcel is on its way, delivery usually takes 5 to 14 days depending on your location.

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners across several regions, so your order leaves from the location closest to you whenever possible.

- All custom tattoos are printed in black ink only.
- If you send a photo with colour, faces, or pets, we'll turn it into a hand-sketched style before printing.
- Please attach your image file to your order at checkout so we don't miss it.
- Designs that wrap around the body (from a photo taken on skin) can't always be reproduced accurately — reach out first and we'll suggest the best option.

Totally normal during the first day or two — that slightly tacky feel is just the design settling and reacting with your skin as it develops. Nothing to worry about!

Let it air-dry fully, then keep the area lightly moisturised. The stickiness fades on its own after a few days as the tattoo cures.

First, take a quick look around — parcels are often tucked in a safe spot: by the door, behind a plant, in your mailbox, or with a neighbour or building reception.

Carriers also sometimes mark a parcel as "delivered" a little early, so it may still arrive within the next 1 to 2 days. Give it a short window before worrying.

If your tracking seems stuck, it's usually paused at a customs or security checkpoint — this is a routine step that every international parcel goes through, and it can take a few extra days to clear.

It's outside our control, but it almost always sorts itself out. Once your tracking updates to "cleared," your parcel heads to your local sorting centre and then out for delivery.
