Refund policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to return it, without giving any reason, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
How to return a product
- Contact us at support@yukaink.com with your order number and your wish to return.
- Send the product(s) back, in their original condition, complete and unused, within 14 days of your request, to: Yuka Ink – Lucas Doutremepuich, 27 avenue Austin Conte, 33560 Carbon-Blanc, France.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. (This applies to change-of-mind returns. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we cover the return — see below.)
Non-returnable products
For hygiene or personalisation reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged: personalised or made-to-order products, and products unsealed after opening.
Refund
Once the return has been received and checked, we refund all sums paid (including standard delivery costs) within a maximum of fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
Damaged product or wrong item
If you receive a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us at support@yukaink.com with photos: we arrange the return and a refund or exchange at no cost to you, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
